Present Perfect Word Placement

Word	Sentence Position	Meaning / Use Case	Example
JUST	Middle (HAVE + just + DONE)	A very short time ago.	"I have just finished the x-ray."
ALREADY	Middle (HAVE + already + DONE)	Sooner than expected.	"She has already paid for the braces."
YET	End of sentence	Negative sentences or Questions.	"The lab hasn't sent the aligners yet."
EVER	Middle (HAVE you ever DONE)	At any time in your life.	"Have you ever used a TAD?"
NEVER	Middle (HAVE + never + DONE)	Zero times in your life.	"I have never failed a case."

Note: We never use Yet in a positive sentence. We never use Already in a negative sentence.
